Favorite Green Products - Do you purchase organic, natural, sustainable & renewable products?
Green works cleaner, Yes to carrots products, Burts Bees, Wild harvest, and many more that I can't think of off the top of my head.
I love them all because they are better for my skin, body and environment.
Recycles - Do you recycle all of your recyclable paper, plastic, glass, aluminum, CFLs, electronics & batteries?
I recycle all that I can :)
Buys Recycled - Do you purchase and/or use post-consumer recycled waste products, whenever possible?
Paper and plastic products.
Transportation - Do you use public transit, carpool, drive a hybrid and/or use non-motorized transportation?
Sometimes I ride my bike to school or to other places, but Its not always possible and alot of times I don't have enough time.
Reusable Bags - Do you use reusable bags when shopping to avoid unnecessary plastic bag and paper bag production and waste?
I always try and keep at least one in my purse and usually a few more in my car. If I forget I get paper or I reuse my plastic bags.
Hibernate Computers - Do you set your computer monitor(s) to hibernate after 5 minutes and your hard drives to shut down after 30 minutes without use. (National authority on this recommendation: U.S. Energy Star)
To prevent water waste, do you limit your showers to 3 minutes or less and turn off the faucet when brushing your teeth?
I will be try to be better about the showering, but I always turn off the water when I brush my teeth.
Do you avoid purchasing plastic bottled water and use a reusable water container as often as possible?
Promotes Progress - Whenever possible, do you choose to support businesses and organizations that are transparent in their environmental actions and have published an eco-profile ... and have you sent requests to companies and organizations asking them to publish their eco-profile?
I am trying to aware more people of it through Facebook. Although I haven't sent personal requests.
Giving - Do you donate and/or volunteer for social and/or environmental betterment organizations?
I have done volunteer work in the past and intend to do more.
Lighting - Do you turn off lights when you leave the room?
